Silicate Analysis Principle: Under specific acidity conditions, silicate undergoes a reaction with molybdate, forming silicon molybdenum yellow. This compound is then reduced to silicon molybdenum blue using a reducing agent, and its concentration is determined through spectrophotometry. The instrument employs a specialized cooling light source at 810nm for accurate measurements.

Phosphate Analysis Principle: Operating under controlled acidity conditions, phosphate reacts with molybdate and metavanadate to produce yellow phosphovanadanomolybdic acid. The system ensures minimal silicon interference by carefully managing acidity and reaction time.
